1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or using the ListenPay Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, that organization's agreement with ListenPay also applies. If there is a conflict, that agreement governs.
2. Using the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and as permitted by your organization. You agree not to:
- Share your account or credentials with others
- Complete training on behalf of another person
- Attempt to manipulate, automate, or game training completions or rewards
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Rewards
Rewards are offered as part of programs sponsored by your organization and are subject to the program's rules. Rewards have no cash value unless the program says otherwise, may expire, and may be forfeited if they were earned through misuse. Rewards fulfilled by third parties are also subject to those parties' terms.
5. Training content
Training content is provided for educational and compliance purposes. It is not legal, medical, or professional advice. Your organization remains responsible for its own compliance obligations.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, website, content, and trademarks, including ListenPay®, belong to ListenPay or its licensors. Intellectual property licensing is available through Glass.Media.360, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ListenPay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end access to the Services if these Terms are violated. Your organization may also end your access.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
