- Information from your employer. When your organization uses ListenPay, it may provide your name, work email, role, and location so we can assign training.
- Usage information, such as training completions, quiz results, rewards earned and redeemed, device type, and basic website analytics.

- To assign and track training and issue rewards
- To give your organization reports on completion and engagement
- To respond to inquiries and provide support
- To keep the Services secure and meet legal obligations
4. Health information
ListenPay is designed to track participation in wellness and training programs, not to collect personal health details. Where our Services involve protected health information on behalf of a covered entity, we handle it as required by HIPAA and the applicable agreements.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with your organization (for programs it sponsors), with service providers who help us operate the Services under contract, with rewards partners as needed to fulfill a redemption, or when required by law.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet our contractual commitments to your organization, and comply with legal and record-keeping requirements.
7. Your choices and rights
